Role Overview :

As a NOC Analyst, you will serve as the first line of defense for our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical systems. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to monitor network health, identify performance bottlenecks, and resolve incidents in real-time. By maintaining the stability of complex cloud and on-premise environments, you directly influence the reliability of services delivered to end-users and ensure that business operations remain uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor enterprise IT infrastructure using advanced network monitoring tools to proactively identify and mitigate potential system failures.

- Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle, including detection, documentation, escalation, and resolution, to minimize downtime for business-critical applications.

- Analyze performance metrics within Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes environments to optimize resource allocation and system efficiency.

- Utilize AppDynamics and Splunk to perform deep-dive root cause analysis, ensuring that recurring technical issues are permanently resolved.

- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to implement patches, updates, and configuration changes that enhance overall system security and stability.

- Maintain detailed technical documentation and incident reports to provide transparency to stakeholders and facilitate continuous improvement in operational processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex IT infrastructure through industry-standard network monitoring tools and incident management frameworks.

- Proven ability to navigate and troubleshoot cloud-native architectures, specifically within Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes environments.

- Strong analytical capabilities in leveraging AppDynamics for application performance monitoring and Splunk for log analysis and data visualization.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders during high-pressure situations.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first work environment across multiple locations in India.

- A solid foundation in IT operations, typically supported by a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
