Position : NOC Analyst

Experience : 4-10 years

Work mode : Remote

Notice : 15-20 days or Immediate

Schedule : Five days working 2 days off

Timings : 11 : 15pm 7 : 15am EST

Tech Stack :

- Cloud Technologies : GCP or GKE (AWS or Azure acceptable)

- APM Platforms : AppDynamics or similar

- Log Management : Splunk or similar

- Infrastructure Monitoring : SolarWinds or similar

- Ticketing/Alerting : Jira, Jira Service Management, OpsGenie or similar

- Kubernetes

Responsibilities :

- Manage NOC 24-7 operations and provide production support.

- Monitor critical production systems and perform incident triage and escalation.

- Participate in or coordinate major incident bridges.

- Correlate information across multiple monitoring systems.

- Work with logs and monitoring data to ensure system health.

Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience in a 24x7 NOC, operations, or production support environment.

- Understanding of basic application, infrastructure, and network concepts.

- Experience with enterprise alerting and monitoring platforms.
