Responsibilities :

- Deeply understand the business and product landscape what drives success, what holds it back, and where the opportunities lie

- Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders across Finance, FinTech, and Investment domains

- Lead ideation workshops during concept and define phases bringing structure to ambiguity and turning ideas into actionable plans

- Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements that engineering teams can build from

- Write well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria that leave no room for guesswork

- Own and evolve the product backlog in JIRA Epics, User Stories, Tasks keeping it clean, prioritized, and ready

- Lead backlog grooming sessions with Agile and Scrum teams, driving alignment and momentum

- Champion the prioritization of user stories in the context of business value and development capacity

What You Bring :

Must-Haves :

- 3-6 years of experience in a Product Manager and/or Business Analyst role

- Certified : PSPO, PSM-1, and PMI-ACP you've done the work to back it up

- Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience you live the ceremonies, not just the theory

- Strong grasp of mobile and web application development cycles

- Exceptional written and verbal communication you adjust your depth and language to fit any audience

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and time-critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong people management skills you can direct, motivate, and rally a team around a goal

- Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a genuine passion for continuous learning

- Independent and collaborative in equal measure you can own a workstream solo or mesh seamlessly with a team

Great to Have :

- Prior experience in FinTech, Investment, or BFSI domain

- Exposure to product analytics tools or data-driven product decision-making

- Experience working directly with C-suite or senior leadership on strategic initiatives
