Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Lead with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will lead cloud transformation initiatives, architect scalable and secure environments, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring adherence to cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead AWS cloud architecture, design, and implementation projects.

- Design highly available, scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.

- Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.

- Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance standards.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.

- Lead CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives.

- Monitor cloud environments and optimize performance and costs.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.

- Participate in client discussions, solution presentations, and technical estimations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 8 - 10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in AWS Cloud.

- Strong experience in cloud architecture and DevOps practices.

- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
