These folks will help us build an AI assistant for doctors.

Responsibilities :

- They should be fluent in Swift and iOS development (SwiftUI, AVFoundation, etc.)

- They must be familiar with Large Language Models beyond just calling an APIlocal inference, context engineering, model optimisation.

- They should be excited about new protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication standards (A2A, ACP).

- Comfortable with AI-assisted coding tools (we use Cursor a lot and love developers who can push productivity with it).

- They are curious about low-level optimisations, memory constraints, and squeezing every bit of performance on-device.

- Also, they enjoy architecting AI systems from the ground up thinking about workflows, data flows, and how all the moving pieces fit together.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications with strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.

- Deep understanding of iOS frameworks including AVFoundation, Core ML, Combine, and others relevant to AI and media processing.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including local inference, fine-tuning, prompt/context engineering, and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity or eagerness to learn emerging AI communication protocols such as MCP, A2A, and ACP.

- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to boost productivity.

- Strong knowledge of iOS app architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture).

- Expertise in performance tuning and memory optimization on resource-constrained devices.

- Comfortable architecting complex systems involving workflows and data pipelines integrating AI models.

- Passion for healthcare technology and the impact of AI on improving clinical workflows is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a desire to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
