Role : Technical Lead - Embedded Electronics | Drone/UAV

We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer / Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in Electronics & Embedded Systems R&D, including 4+ years in a technical leadership role. The role involves end-to-end ownership of electronics hardware, PCB, embedded firmware, system integration, testing, validation, and productisation for next-generation drone/UAV platforms.

Key Requirements :

- Strong expertise in circuit design, embedded systems & Embedded C

- Experience with ARM Cortex-M, bare-metal programming & communication protocols

- Hands-on knowledge of PCB design, Altium/Eagle/KiCad, power electronics & BMS

- Strong debugging, testing, EMI/EMC and reliability experience

- Exposure to DFM/DFT, BOM optimisation, component qualification & indigenisation

- Ability to lead technical projects, cross-functional teams and junior engineers

- Experience in Drone/UAV, Aerospace, Defence, Robotics or safety-critical systems is highly preferred

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Embedded Systems; M.Tech/M.E. preferred
