NICE - Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will manage and enhance the cloud infrastructure and software delivery ecosystem powering our products.

You will work with R&D, QA, Security, and Operations teams to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient.

You will focus on AWS, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, containers, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

How will you make an impact?

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, security, reliability, and cost.

- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Docker, ECS/EKS, and scripting.

- Monitor and troubleshoot environments to ensure availability and performance.

- Drive cloud security, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps best practices.

- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Security, and Operations teams.

- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve troubleshooting, RCA, and operational efficiency.

Have you got what it takes?

- 5-7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, ALB, Lambda, CloudFront, and CloudWatch.

- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

- Proficiency in Shell/PowerShell and at least one programming language such as Python, Groovy, Java, JavaScript, or Go.

- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, cloud security, and Git-based workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile environments.

You will have an advantage if you also have :

- Experience with AWS RDS and database infrastructure.

- Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.

- Software development experience.

- Experience with multi-region or multi-tenant SaaS environments.

- Experience using AI tools/agents such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or Cursor for automation and RCA
