- Architect and deploy comprehensive Zero Trust security architectures to ensure granular access control and minimize the attack surface across all network segments.

- Define and enforce rigorous security policy frameworks that align with international standards to ensure consistent protection across diverse business units.

- Lead the integration of advanced security telemetry and monitoring tools to provide real-time visibility into network traffic and threat patterns for rapid incident response.

- Partner with GRC teams to map technical controls to regulatory requirements, ensuring that all network and workplace platforms remain audit-ready and compliant.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in network security and enterprise security architecture roles.

- Strong expertise in Zero Trust frameworks and their practical implementation across hybrid environments.

- Hands-on experience with JIT / Privileged Access Management (PAM) - CyberArk, Azure PIM, or equivalent.

- Deep knowledge of NAC / Identity-based access solutions (Cisco ISE, Zscaler ZTNA, Palo Alto Prisma).

- Experience with threat detection and response - EDR, XDR, and SIEM/SOAR integration.

- Proven ability to define and enforce security policies across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

- Strong understanding of network security controls - firewalls, segmentation, micro-segmentation, and encryption.

- Familiarity with compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, CIS Controls, and GDPR.

- Experience with security automation and orchestration (SOAR) to drive operational efficiency.
