Essential Skills :

- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Zabbix, etc.)

- Knowledge of Cisco/Juniper/Arista networking

- ITIL process awareness

- Experience working in a 24x7 shift environment

- Good communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor network infrastructure and ensure maximum availability.

- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents.

- Respond to alerts and perform first-level diagnostics.

- Escalate critical issues to L2/L3 support teams.

- Maintain incident tickets and provide timely updates.

- Perform routine health checks and generate operational reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during outages.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational procedures.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
