About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments while ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.

- Manage incidents, tickets, and timely escalations to L2/L3 teams.

- Perform routine health checks and maintain operational documentation.

- Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational processes.

Required Skills:

- 24 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC).

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

- Experience in network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools and escalation processes.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or Zabbix.

- Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or Arista networking.

- ITIL awareness/certification is an advantage.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
