About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, wireless technologies, firewalls, cloud networking, and network security. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, configure, and manage enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure.

- Administer and support large-scale WAN environments spanning multiple offices and data centers.

- Configure and manage CloudGenix (Prisma SD-WAN), Cisco Meraki, Cisco Switches, Juniper Mist Wi-Fi, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Alkira Network Edge.

- Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability while proactively identifying and resolving issues.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting of network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and security-related issues.

- Collaborate with ISPs and third-party vendors to resolve network outages and service disruptions.

- Implement and maintain network security policies, firewall rules, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure access solutions.

- Manage wired and wireless authentication using Cisco ISE.

- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, asset inventories, and standard operating procedures.

- Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotation.

- Configure and support VoIP phones, thin clients, desktops, and office networking infrastructure.

- Support office expansions, relocations, and infrastructure setup for new users.

- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, PCI, SOX, and organizational policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Network Administration or Network Engineering.

- Experience supporting 24x7 production environments.

- Prior experience in Retail or E-commerce infrastructure is preferred.

- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.

- Industry certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or Palo Alto (PCNSA/PCNSE) are highly preferred.
