- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems to protect organizational assets from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

- Manage Network Management Systems to monitor real-time traffic patterns, ensuring optimal performance and rapid identification of security anomalies.

- Execute routine network administration tasks, including firmware updates and patch management, to minimize vulnerabilities across the infrastructure.

Required Skillset :

- 2- 3 years of experience in Network Security & Cybersecurity Operations

- Hands-on experience with Fortinet Next-Generation Firewalls (Fortinet Preferable)

- Strong understanding of Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF), SD-WAN, and VLANs

- Exposure to SASE technologies such as Fortinet SASE and Zscaler is an added advantage

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer management skills

- Certifications such as (Fortinet) NSE 4/5, (Palo Alto) PCNSE, CCNA/CCNP Security, Zscaler / SASE Certifications preferred

- Experience in production environments and ITIL-based incident, change, problem management)

- 24/7 support readiness (shift-based if required)
