Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and manage the Netskope Security Cloud platform.

- Configure and maintain Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA/Private Access).

- Design, implement, and maintain cloud security policies based on organizational requirements.

- Monitor cloud traffic, investigate policy violations, and respond to security incidents.

- Integrate Netskope with Identity Providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta) and SIEM platforms.

- Configure web filtering, SSL inspection, application control, and cloud application governance.

- Implement DLP policies to protect sensitive organizational data.

- Monitor security alerts, perform incident investigation, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Troubleshoot policy enforcement, client connectivity, and application access issues.

- Perform policy reviews, security audits, compliance checks, and documentation.

- Collaborate with SOC, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to enhance the organization's security posture.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Netskope Security Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA/Private Access, SASE/SSE, and SD-WAN.

- Experience with cloud security policy creation and administration.

- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture.

- Experience integrating Netskope with Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.

- Experience with SIEM integration (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel).
