Responsibilities :

- Design and develop software applications, translating user needs and business requirements into scalable and efficient system architectures.

- Create and validate application performance metrics, ensuring seamless integration between component systems.

- Develop process flow diagrams, technical documentation, and system specifications to support project goals.

- Design and implement system solutions, including the development of custom applications and the enhancement of existing applications to meet evolving business requirements.

- Handle coding, debugging, and thorough documentation of all technical deliverables.

- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

- Lead the migration from monolithic, tightly coupled, batch-based legacy platforms to a loosely coupled, event-driven, microservices-based architecture.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in modern development stacks, including Golang, Kafka, and REST APIs.

- Extensive experience in application design, software development, and testing within Agile environments.

- Proficiency in working with both relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra.

- Expertise in designing and developing high-performance REST APIs for high-volume clients.

- Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.

- Familiarity with automated build and test frameworks (a strong plus).

- Solid experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Proficiency with Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
