Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing scalable, responsive web applications and be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.

- Build reusable and scalable frontend components using React.js.

- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

- Design and work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Work with Git and follow modern software development and version-control practices.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to technical discussions and suggest improvements to existing applications and processes.

Tech Stack :

- Frontend : React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit.

- Backend : Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, JWT/OAuth.

- Database : MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ORM/ODM (Sequelize, Prisma, Mongoose).

- Tools : Git, Postman, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
