Role Overview :

As a Reltio MDM Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for master data management initiatives, bridging the gap between complex data architecture and business objectives. You will lead the design and implementation of robust MDM solutions, ensuring that data integration, quality, and governance frameworks are seamlessly aligned with client requirements. Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and key business stakeholders, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Reltio-based platforms to ensure high data integrity, enabling organizations to derive actionable insights from their master data assets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end Reltio MDM solutions to provide a single source of truth for enterprise data across complex business ecosystems.

- Design sophisticated data models and integration patterns to ensure seamless data flow between Reltio and downstream enterprise applications.

- Lead the configuration of match and merge rules to maintain high data quality standards and resolve identity resolution challenges for global clients.

- Collaborate with data governance teams to implement compliance frameworks and security protocols that protect sensitive master data.

- Provide technical mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in API development, data ingestion, and platform performance optimization are consistently applied.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications to ensure the MDM platform evolves alongside changing organizational needs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying Reltio MDM solutions, including deep knowledge of L3/L4 configuration and data modeling.

- Strong proficiency in data integration technologies, including REST APIs, JSON, and cloud-based ETL processes to facilitate data movement.

- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT strategy and business goals.

- Proven capability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus within distributed teams to meet project milestones.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in data architecture principles.

- Adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across time zones.
