Job Summary :

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Web API. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust software solutions, leading a team of developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end software development including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions.

- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and guide developers on technical best practices.

- Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Manage and maintain existing source code repositories, perform configuration and release management tasks.

- Oversee unit and system testing, debugging, and optimization for performance improvements.

- Participate in planning, estimation, and progress reporting of project activities.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development and deployment processes.

Qualifications & Required Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (B.E / B.Tech / MCA).

- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in software development and team leadership.

Programming Languages : C#, ASP.NET Framework (4.0 and above)

Frameworks : ASP.NET MVC (4.0+), Entity Framework, ADO.NET

Database : SQL Server (2008/2012 and above) Triggers, Views, Stored Procedures

Web Technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

APIs & Services : Web API, WCF, RESTful Services

Tools : Visual Studio, Git/TFS, Azure DevOps (optional)
