Role Overview :

As a .NET Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying high-performance software solutions using the .NET ecosystem. This role involves leading a team of talented developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. You will collaborate closely with product managers, project stakeholders, and other technical leads to translate business requirements into robust technical designs, directly impacting the successful delivery of critical projects and the overall quality of our client-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

- Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies, to optimize development workflows.

- Collaborate with product owners and project managers to refine requirements, estimate efforts, and plan project roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions to overcome development challenges.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools within the .NET ecosystem, recommending strategic adoptions to enhance our technical capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.

- Strong understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, MVC, MVVM) and principles of clean code, SOLID, and design patterns.

- Demonstrated proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework Core), including database design and optimization.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.

- Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of guiding and empowering development teams to achieve technical excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
