.Net Team Lead - C#/ASP/MVC

Description :

- Analyze business requirements, participate in technical design discussions, and define architectural guidelines.

- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Review code, ensure best practices, and enforce coding standards.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and timeline tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Identify risks, optimize development processes, and propose improvements.

- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework/Core, LINQ.

- Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React is a plus).

- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and architecture patterns.

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

- Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services (preferred).

- Experience in version control systems like Git.

- Prior experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
