Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance support

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using .NET MVC and .NET Core

- Architect robust solutions using Entity Framework and LINQ for data access and business logic

- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Drive application architecture decisions, performance optimization, and security best practices

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, and risk management

- Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and production issue resolution

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core

- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC

- Proficient in Entity Framework and LINQ

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), client-side development, and web technologies

- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design concepts

- Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven experience in leading and managing teams

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Nice to Have :

- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
