JOB PURPOSE :

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Software Development Engineer I for .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise-grade applications.

Looking for an associate with strong experience in .NET Full Stack development to drive the development, enhancement, and delivery of modern web applications and services.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, Angular/React, Cloud Technologies, and modern software engineering practices while contributing throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

- Design and develop enterprise-scale .NET full stack applications.

- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications, APIs, and microservices.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular/React and modern web technologies.

- Follow technical standards, coding guidelines, and software engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Design and implement REST APIs, system integrations, and reusable application components.

- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements and DevOps adoption.

- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and release management activities.

- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATION:

- Requires a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Data Engineering or similar combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background and minimum of 3 - 5 years software development experience with .NET.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 8+, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and Microservices.

- Experience with Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application development.

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and system integrations.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure and cloud-native environments.

- Proficiency in source control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, and Bitbucket.

- Strong understanding of application architecture, system design, scalability, security, and performance optimization.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
