.NET Full Stack Lead Developer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development. This role is best suited for a hands-on engineer who thrives in an execution-focused environment and enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications.

This position is ideal for someone with experience at a Lead Engineer level who prefers to stay deeply involved in coding rather than architecture or design leadership. You will be working on traditional application development and contributing directly to delivery through assigned Jira stories.

In this role, you will:

- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Responsibilities:

- Strong development experience with .Net Core and react.js

- Strong Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle DB experience (11g/12c/19c)

- Solid understanding of performance optimization of SQL

- Good experience on cloud development

- Good to have working experience of AI toolchain in SDLC

- Good hands on experience of SDLC toolchain - IDE, CI/CD, Git, Jira, Postman, Harness etc

- Good to have Java springboot development experience

- Champion GenAI implementations to modernize applications, streamline development, and enhance customer and employee experiences.
