Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned .Net Full Stack Developer to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications within our high-performance engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend microservices and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with cross-functional product managers and cloud architects to deliver robust solutions. Your contributions will directly influence our digital transformation strategy, ensuring that our platform remains resilient, secure, and capable of supporting millions of user interactions while maintaining optimal performance in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain high-traffic microservices using .Net Core to ensure seamless integration and modular scalability across our enterprise ecosystem.

- Develop responsive, user-centric frontend components using React.js to provide a frictionless experience for our global client base.

- Implement secure cloud infrastructure on Azure, specifically leveraging Azure Key Vault to manage sensitive credentials and maintain rigorous data security standards.

- Optimize complex SQL Server database schemas and queries to improve application latency and data retrieval efficiency for end-users.

- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with C# and .Net Core, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade microservices.

- Advanced proficiency in React.js for building dynamic interfaces and a deep understanding of state management and component lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience managing Azure cloud resources, including the configuration of Azure Key Vault for secure secret management and application security.

- Strong command of SQL Server, including performance tuning, indexing strategies, and complex relational data modeling.

- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture.
