Role Overview :

FHPL is looking for a .NET Full-Stack Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to build and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and services in the Insurance/Health domain. The role requires strong backend and frontend expertise, hands-on use of AI coding tools, and a solid focus on secure, high-performance development practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- .NET Core / .NET 8.0+ with Web APIs, microservices, and middleware.

- ASP.NET MVC for full-stack web application development.

- React or Angular for SPA development with TypeScript.

- MSSQL with stored procedures, query optimization, and EF Core.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot for accelerated development.

- Automated testing using Playwright and xUnit/NUnit, including unit and E2E test suites.

- Secure coding knowledge including OWASP Top 10, input validation, and encryption.

- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- CI/CD exposure with AWS DevOps or GitHub Actions, including automated security scans.

- API security knowledge such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, rate limiting, and API gateway patterns.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Ability to review AI-generated code for correctness and security.

- Knowledge of logging and observability tools such as Site24x7, structured logging, and Application Insights.

- Experience with Redis and caching for performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain .NET web applications, APIs, and services using AI-assisted tooling.

- Develop responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React or Angular with TypeScript.

- Write comprehensive automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Playwright and xUnit/NUnit.

- Review AI-generated code for security flaws, logical correctness, and coding standards compliance.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline maintenance and deployment processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable insurance-domain applications.
