We are seeking a seasoned .Net Fullstack Developer at the Assistant Manager level to join our high-performing engineering team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications that drive our core business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend architects to translate complex business requirements into robust, high-performance technical solutions. By maintaining high standards of code quality and system architecture, you will directly influence the user experience and operational efficiency of our global client base, ensuring our platforms remain competitive and reliable in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable web applications using the .NET Core framework to ensure high availability and performance for our end users.

- Develop responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.

- Design and optimize complex database schemas and APIs to facilitate seamless data integration across internal and external systems.

- Mentor junior developers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

- Partner with product stakeholders to refine technical specifications and deliver feature enhancements that align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack solutions using ASP.NET Core, C#, and modern front-end libraries like React or Angular.

- Proven ability to manage complex database environments using SQL Server or PostgreSQL, with a strong focus on query optimization and data integrity.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of troubleshooting mission-critical production issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage project timelines independently.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
