Role Overview :

As a .NET Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and building robust, scalable web applications that serve as the backbone for our clients' digital operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and data engineers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of front-end interfaces with secure, efficient back-end services, directly impacting the user experience and the overall reliability of the platforms we deploy for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end web applications using .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks to ensure high availability and performance for end-users.

- Develop and maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code to streamline application maintenance and future scalability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Optimize database schemas and API integrations to improve system responsiveness and data integrity across enterprise platforms.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior team members to uphold high engineering standards and best practices within the development lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks in production environments to minimize downtime and enhance system stability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in .NET Core and C# for building scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs.

- Exhibit strong expertise in front-end development using React.js and AngularJS to create intuitive, responsive user interfaces.

- Possess 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and work effectively in a hybrid work environment across our Gurgaon and Noida offices.

- Apply analytical problem-solving skills to navigate architectural challenges and integrate third-party services seamlessly.

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
