Role Overview :

As a Supply Chain Agentic AI Expert, you will architect and deploy intelligent agents capable of navigating the complexities of modern procurement, logistics, and demand planning. You will work closely with data scientists, supply chain domain experts, and client stakeholders to translate intricate operational challenges into scalable, autonomous workflows.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of global supply networks, reducing latency and human intervention in critical decision-making processes while ensuring that AI-driven outcomes align with rigorous business constraints and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement multi-agent systems that automate end-to-end supply chain processes, including vendor negotiation, demand forecasting, and logistics routing to improve operational throughput.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate LLMs and predictive models into existing ERP and WMS architectures, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

- Define performance metrics and guardrails for autonomous agents to ensure that AI-driven decisions remain compliant with safety, cost, and regulatory standards.

- Translate complex supply chain requirements into technical specifications for AI model training, ensuring that agents possess the contextual intelligence required for real-world application.

- Lead the iterative testing and refinement of agentic workflows by analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities to enhance decision accuracy and system reliability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to architect AI-driven solutions within supply chain or logistics domains, with a deep understanding of inventory optimization, procurement cycles, and distribution networks.

- Proven expertise in building and deploying autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom multi-agent orchestration layers.

- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning pipelines, vector databases, and large language model fine-tuning techniques.

- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical AI development and business-level supply chain strategy, effectively managing expectations with senior stakeholders.

- Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science, complemented by 8 - 10 years of professional experience in the field.

- Proven track record of high-level performance in a remote work environment, demonstrating the self-discipline and collaborative mindset necessary to drive complex projects across distributed global teams.
