Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement MS Copilot solutions to automate routine tasks and enhance decision-making capabilities for internal teams.
- Design intuitive UX frameworks within Microsoft applications to ensure high adoption rates and a seamless user experience across the enterprise.
- Orchestrate complex data integration projects by connecting disparate systems through secure API integrations and Azure services.
- Manage identity and access governance using Entra ID to ensure that AI-driven workflows remain compliant and secure.
- Develop and optimize AI Search capabilities to enable rapid information retrieval and knowledge management within SharePoint environments.
- Streamline business processes by building sophisticated Power Automate flows that bridge the gap between AI insights and actionable outcomes.
Required Skillset :
Copilot Studio (agent layer) :
- Agent setup, topics, trigger phrases, entities & slot-filling, variables, conditions.
- Generative answers & knowledge sources (SharePoint, public/internal websites, Dataverse, documents, Azure AI Search).
- Generative orchestration (dynamic tool/action selection) vs. classic topic routing.
- Agent actions / tools (calling Power Automate flows, connectors, prompts, MCP/Azure AI).
- Prompt engineering & Power Fx in topics; response templates; fallback & escalation.
- Channels : Microsoft Teams, custom website, M365 Copilot, Direct Line; authentication (Entra SSO, OAuth).
- Autonomous agents / agent flows, triggers, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Testing pane, analytics, and answer-quality tuning.
Power Automate (automation layer) :
- Cloud flows : automated, instant, scheduled; triggers & actions.
- Connectors (standard + premium), custom connectors, WDL expressions.
- Approvals, child flows, error handling / retry / try-catch (scope) patterns.
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA) for UI-only / legacy systems; attended vs. unattended.
- AI Builder (document/form processing, prompts) where applicable.
- Solution-aware flows, environment variables, connection references (ALM-ready).
Data, integration & cloud :
- Dataverse : tables, relationships, business rules, security roles.
- REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, custom connectors, webhooks.
- Azure : Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault.
Governance, security & Responsible AI :
- Entra ID RBAC, least privilege, Conditional Access; SSO for agents.
- DLP policies, Managed Environments, CoE Starter Kit, capacity & licensing governance.
- Purview / sensitivity labels, audit logging, data-boundary controls.
- Responsible AI : content moderation, grounding/citation, prompt-injection mitigation, human-in-the-loop gates.
