MRO - BI Developer - SQL/Tableau

The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Tableau.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design and Develop Dashboards: Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards that help users quickly grasp critical insights from data.

- Data Integration: Connect Tableau to various data sources (Google Big Query/Azure Synapse, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Performance Optimization: Improve load times and responsiveness of Tableau dashboards and reports.

- Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data to create meaningful visualizations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Skills :

- Proficiency in Tableau: Strong understanding of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server and respective functionalities.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.

- JavaScript: Must have experience in customising (handling of events, filters, etc.) the Tableau

dashboards using Tableau Embedding API in JavaScript.

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL and should have experience connecting to a Data warehouse.

- Cloud: Experience working in a cloud-based environment.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present data insights.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
