Job Description :

Software Engineer (Level 3) is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering complex features with strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end development of medium to large features or modules.

- Design components, APIs, workflows, and reusable utilities.

- Write high-quality, secure, scalable, and well-tested code.

- Perform in-depth debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.

- Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers through code reviews and guidance.

- Participate actively in Agile processes including estimation, refinement, and sprint planning.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment readiness, and environment stability.

- Use AI tools for design improvements, code generation, test automation, documentation, and solution analysis.

Tech Stack :

- .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, SQL, Microservices, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).

What we're looking for :

- 7-13 years of experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, and database design.

- Proficient in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and query optimization.

- Good understanding of design patterns, modular architecture, and integration patterns.

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience in writing and reviewing unit tests, API tests, and performance tests.

- Skilled in using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) for coding and design.
