We are seeking a high-impact AI Fullstack Developer (Technical Lead) with strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and Python, who can not only build and lead complex AI solutions but also actively contribute to AI solutioning for RFPs, presales engagements, and proactive client problem discovery.

This role requires a blend of hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and solution architecture mindset, enabling the candidate to design scalable AI-driven systems, guide development teams, and partner with business and sales teams to craft winning AI proposals and differentiated client solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of end-to-end AI-driven and GenAI-powered enterprise solutions.

- Define reference architectures, reusable components, and AI accelerators for repeated use across client engagements.

- Mentor and guide a team of AI and fullstack engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, and stakeholders to define technology roadmaps aligned to business goals.

2. AI / ML & GenAI Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy ML/DL models for NLP, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, computer vision, and generative AI use cases.

- Work extensively with AI/ML frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.

- Build, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs and GenAI solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, etc.) into enterprise applications.

- Perform prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) design, evaluation, and optimization for business-specific use cases.

- Architect and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration systems for autonomous reasoning, task execution, and decision-making.

- Ensure responsible AI practices including explainability, governance, data privacy, and model monitoring.

3. Full stack Development :

- Develop scalable and secure applications using React.js / Angular / Vue.js (frontend) and Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django) or Node.js (backend).

- Integrate AI models, APIs, and microservices into fullstack applications.

- Design and optimize data layers using SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, observability, and security in production environments.

4. Cloud, MLOps & Platform Engineering :

- Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring of models.

- Use CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code for scalable deployments.

- Monitor AI system performance, cost, and reliability in production.

5. AI Solutioning, RFPs & Client Engagement :

- Actively contribute to AI solution design for RFPs, RFIs, and presales engagements, including :

1. Understanding client problem statements and business objectives.

2. Defining AI-led solution approaches, architectures, and implementation strategies.

3. Estimating effort, sizing teams, and identifying risks and dependencies.

- Work with sales, business, and delivery teams to create compelling AI solution narratives, technical proposals, and demos.

- Proactively identify client pain points and opportunities where GenAI, Agentic AI, or automation can deliver measurable business impact.

- Design POCs, MVPs, and AI accelerators to demonstrate value quickly for clients.

- Participate in client workshops, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs as a subject-matter expert.

- Translate emerging AI trends into practical, scalable client-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Skills :

- 68 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering and Fullstack Development.

- Strong expertise in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).

- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Code Assisting copilots (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex).

- Proven experience in Agentic AI systems, including autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration.

- Strong frontend skills, preferably React.js.

- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB).

- Experience designing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Cloud experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Solutioning & Client-Facing Skills :

- Strong experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise AI system design.

- Hands-on involvement in RFP / presales solutioning, technical proposal writing, and estimations.

- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven technical solutions.

- Experience building POCs, demos, and pilot solutions for clients.

- Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proactive mindset for identifying new AI use cases and solution opportunities for existing and prospective clients.

- Proven experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and decision-making.
