Key Result Areas (KRA) :

- Develop and maintain embedded firmware on Nordic, Qualcomm, STM32, ESP32, and similar platforms.

- Implement and optimize Bluetooth Classic, BLE, BLE Audio, Wi-Fi, and related protocol stacks.

- Integrate and validate wireless profiles (A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HID, GATT, BLE Audio profiles, etc.).

- Perform board bring-up, driver development, and hardware-software integration.

- Optimize audio pipelines, codecs, latency, ANC, and beamforming features.

- Debug and resolve connectivity, interoperability, and performance issues using protocol analyzers and tracing tools.

- Develop test automation and CI/CD workflows using Python and Jenkins.

- Support Bluetooth SIG qualification, PTS testing, and certification activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

- Prepare technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
