Role Overview:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of integrating advanced artificial intelligence into our testing and automation frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance software quality and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in transforming how we approach automated testing, requiring you to bridge the gap between complex LLM architectures and practical, real-world application to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement robust AI-driven workflows using LLMs to automate complex testing scenarios and improve defect detection accuracy.

- Develop scalable applications leveraging AWS Bedrock to integrate generative AI capabilities into existing software testing pipelines.

- Design sophisticated agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to manage multi-step reasoning tasks and improve the autonomy of testing agents.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact areas where AI can reduce manual effort and accelerate release cycles.

- Optimize model performance and latency to ensure that AI-integrated testing tools remain efficient and cost-effective at scale.

- Mentor junior engineers on best practices for AI development, prompt engineering, and the ethical deployment of machine learning models.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming with a focus on building production-grade AI applications and data-driven systems.

- Proven ability to design and deploy LLM-based solutions using AWS Bedrock, with a deep understanding of model selection and fine-tuning.

- Strong proficiency in building complex orchestration layers using LangChain and LangGraph to handle stateful AI interactions.

- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical AI specifications and actionable development roadmaps.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional team members.

- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a significant track record in AI or machine learning projects.
