About the Role :

We are looking for a Looker Developer to build and maintain scalable LookML models, dashboards, and self-serve analytics experiences. You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain LookML models, explores, views, and derived tables to support business reporting needs.

- Build interactive dashboards and looks for stakeholders across finance, marketing, product, and operations.

- Optimise SQL and LookML for query performance across large datasets in BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.

- Govern the Looker environment manage user access, folder structure, content validation, and best practices.

- Partner with data engineers to ensure clean, well-documented data models at the warehouse layer.

- Support self-serve analytics adoption through documentation, training, and dashboard templates.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of BI/analytics experience with at least 3 years hands-on in Looker and LookML.

- Strong LookML proficiency dimensions, measures, derived tables, liquid templating, and explores.

- Solid SQL skills across cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).

- Experience with Looker admin functions scheduling, access control, content management.

- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, performant data models and dashboards.
