Role Overview :

As a Module Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact enterprise solutions by bridging the gap between robust .Net backends and intuitive Angular frontends. You will act as a technical anchor, collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and clients to translate complex business requirements into scalable digital architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable web applications using .Net and Angular to ensure seamless performance and high availability for end-users.

- Design and deploy custom business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline workflows and provide actionable business intelligence.

- Lead the technical integration of Azure-based cloud services to enhance system reliability and security for enterprise-grade deployments.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Implement Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude within the development lifecycle to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications that align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using .Net and Angular, with a strong grasp of modern software design patterns.

- Proven ability to configure and manage Power Platform environments, including the creation of complex Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards.

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and Node.js for building scalable, event-driven backend services.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead team discussions effectively.

- Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI models to optimize development workflows and solve complex architectural challenges.
