Role Overview :

As a Staff Data Scientist based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for architecting and deploying advanced machine learning models that directly influence clinical decision-making and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare challenges into scalable data products. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's AI roadmap, ensuring that our data science initiatives deliver measurable improvements in provider productivity and patient care quality across our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines that process high-volume clinical data to provide actionable insights for healthcare providers.

- Lead the development of MLOps frameworks to automate model deployment, monitoring, and retraining, ensuring high availability and performance in a production environment.

- Mentor senior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and rigorous scientific methodology within the team.

- Partner with product managers to identify high-impact opportunities where artificial intelligence can solve critical pain points in specialty medical practices.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI and machine learning technologies to maintain the company's competitive edge in the health-tech landscape.

- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data science initiatives and broader business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying machine learning models at scale, with a deep understanding of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.

- Proven ability to design robust MLOps architectures, including CI/CD for machine learning, model versioning, and automated testing.

- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries, alongside experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategy to executive leadership and influence cross-functional teams.

- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in data science, with a track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, providing a strong theoretical foundation for applied AI.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-direction and the capacity to collaborate effectively across distributed global teams.
