About the Role:

Mobiloitte Technologies is looking for a Technical Lead / Technical Manager - Full Stack & AI Engineering to lead the development of scalable, AI-powered enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong Full Stack engineering expertise along with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Conversational AI, Voicebots, Chatbots, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role involving architecture, development, team mentoring, technical decision-making, client interaction, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor Full Stack and AI engineering teams across multiple projects.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for enterprise and AI-powered applications.

- Lead the development of Conversational AI solutions, Voicebots, Chatbots, AI Assistants, and intelligent automation systems.

- Design and integrate Voice AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows.

- Work hands-on with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and AI orchestration.

- Lead end-to-end development across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, AI services, and cloud platforms.

- Participate in technical architecture, coding, code reviews, debugging, solution design, and technology evaluations.

- Integrate AI and voice capabilities with APIs, CRM systems, enterprise applications, databases, and third-party platforms.

- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Client teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Establish engineering standards, development practices, and technical governance.

- Mentor engineers and ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

- Participate in client-facing technical discussions, solution design, and architecture presentations.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption for product development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

AI Solutions:

- Understanding of voice-based conversational workflows, including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), LLM integration, and conversation management.

- Experience integrating Voice AI and conversational systems with APIs, enterprise applications, CRMs, databases, and business workflows.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar.

- Ability to design scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Full Stack Engineering:

- 7+ years of experience in software development with strong technical leadership experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with one or more backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar.

- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, Authentication, API integrations, and distributed systems.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

- Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications using Generative AI.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and AI application architecture.

- Practical experience developing Conversational AI, Voicebots, Chatbots, AI Assistants, or Voice AI.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Voice AI / Voicebot platforms and conversational AI ecosystems.

- Experience with Agentic AI / Autonomous AI workflows.

- Exposure to frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB, or similar.

- Experience with AI orchestration, tool calling, function calling, and multi-agent workflows.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM, ERP, contact-center, communication, or enterprise platforms.

- Experience working with international clients and leading technical discussions.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
