Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Build custom workflows, automations, and triggers within Airtable

- Integrate Airtable with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, CRMs, and third-party platforms

- Develop dashboards, views, and reporting systems for business insights

- Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions

- Optimize performance, data structure, and usability of existing systems

- Maintain data integrity, access control, and system security

- Collaborate with global stakeholders (primarily US-based teams)

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Airtable base design, linked records, formulas, and automations

- Hands-on experience with Zapier / Make / API integrations

- Understanding of database design, workflows, and business process automation

- Experience in building dashboards, reporting, and tracking systems

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills (mandatory for client interaction)

Good to Have :

- Exposure to CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms

- Experience working with US/International clients

- Knowledge of tools like Notion, Retool, Webflow, or other no-code platforms
