Position Summary :

The Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer is responsible for monitoring, managing and supporting customer mobile device environments using the NinjaOne platform under the guidance of the MDM Team Lead. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned incidents and service requests, maintaining ownership through resolution while ensuring compliance with contracted SLAs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and manage enrolled mobile devices across iOS, Android and Windows platforms using the NinjaOne MDM platform.

- Troubleshoot mobile device enrollment, connectivity, policy compliance and application delivery issues.

- Manage incidents, requests and changes through ServiceNow while documenting troubleshooting activities.

- Administer device configuration profiles, security policies and compliance baselines.

- Manage application deployment, updates and removal across mobile device fleets.

- Support device lifecycle activities including enrollment, onboarding, offboarding and remote wipe.

- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency support coverage.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and/or military experience.

- 2+ years of experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC), Managed Services or IT Operations environment.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or supporting a Mobile Device Management platform.

- Hands-on experience with NinjaOne MDM, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise or Windows Autopilot.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose device enrollment, policy and connectivity issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operations environment.
