About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ML Engineer to design, build, and optimize machine learning models for logistics and predictive analytics use cases. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in model development, feature engineering, deployment, and performance optimization using modern ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics and logistics use cases

- Perform feature engineering to improve model accuracy and overall performance

- Handle data preprocessing, cleansing, and transformation for both structured and unstructured datasets

- Conduct hyperparameter tuning to enhance model efficiency and predictive outcomes

- Implement model versioning and ensure reproducibility across environments

- Evaluate models using appropriate metrics and continuously improve performance

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements

- Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor model performance over time
