Position Overview :

We are seeking talented Backend Engineers at various levels (SDE II, III) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in Java and Python, a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

SDE II :

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and services to enable integration with frontend applications and external systems.

- Optimize application performance and database queries for efficiency and scalability.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Java and Python technologies and adopt best practices in the development process.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.

- Participate in the estimation, planning, and prioritization of development tasks.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices within the team.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3.5 - 7 years of experience in backend development.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Java, programming languages.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.

- Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot (Java)

- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Experience with Kafka and Redis.

- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

- Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS,Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker) is a plus.

- AWS cloud formation.

- Application Security experience is a plus

- Cloud Security experience is a plus

- GRC platform experience is a plus

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
