Job Overview :

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer - AI Prompt Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in GraphQL and Prisma ORM and practical experience using AI-powered coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Kiro, and similar tools.

The ideal candidate will combine full-stack development expertise, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted coding to build, enhance, debug, and optimize modern web applications.

You will work in a design-led development environment where Markdown-based playbooks, architecture guidelines, component standards, and UI/UX conventions guide the development process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Prisma ORM.

- Design and implement GraphQL APIs, queries, mutations, schemas, and integrations.

- Develop and maintain database models, relationships, queries, and migrations using Prisma ORM.

- Leverage AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Kiro, and similar tools to accelerate development.

- Create, test, and refine AI prompts to generate accurate, maintainable, and context-aware code.

- Use AI-assisted development for feature implementation, debugging, refactoring, optimization, and code reviews.

- Interpret Markdown-based architecture and design documentation and translate requirements into production-ready applications.

- Follow established standards for API architecture, reusable components, database design, coding patterns, and UI/UX implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using a combination of AI-assisted debugging and conventional development practices.

- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to deliver reliable product features.

- Contribute to improving AI-assisted development workflows, prompts, documentation, and coding standards.

- Ensure AI-generated code is secure, efficient, scalable, testable, and maintainable.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL (schema design, queries, mutations, resolvers, API integrations).

- Strong hands-on experience with Prisma ORM (schema, database modeling, CRUD, migrations, query optimization).

- Strong Node.js and React.js development experience.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and relational databases.

AI & Prompt Engineering :

- Strong practical understanding of Prompt Engineering for software development.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Kiro, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Lovable).

- Ability to review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and CI/CD practices.

- Experience working with Markdown-based development guidelines or AI coding playbooks.
