Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MicroStrategy Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MicroStrategy development, data warehousing concepts, and SQL.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing reports, dashboards, and schema objects, as well as analyzing data pipelines to ensure data quality and accuracy.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and schema objects including attributes, facts, metrics, and filters.

- Work closely with business and technical teams to translate reporting requirements into effective BI solutions.

- Analyze Informatica ETL pipelines to understand data flow and transformations, ensuring accurate and consistent data usage.

- Perform detailed data validation, ensuring high-quality, reliable reporting output.

- Utilize SQL extensively for data validation, performance tuning, and optimizing report queries.

- Review and analyze existing BI environments to identify performance gaps and propose enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing BI initiatives and resolve data-related issues.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in BI architecture, development, and data governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development.

- Strong expertise in MicroStrategy components, including schema and reporting layers.

- Experience working with Informatica ETL or similar data integration tools.

- Solid understanding of database models, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.

- Strong command of SQL for analysis, optimization, and validation.

- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy.

- Ability to analyze and improve existing BI solutions and propose meaningful enhancements.
