We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the automation of provider certificate management processes.

This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing risk, and ensuring seamless lifecycle management of digital certificates through structured workflows and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement automated processes for the lifecycle management of provider certificates (request, approval, issuance, renewal, and revocation).

- Establish standardized workflows to ensure consistency and compliance across all certificate- related activities.

- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to onboard services into automated certificate management.

- Ensure all certificate processes align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.

- Monitor certificate expiry and ensure proactive renewal to prevent service disruption.

- Improve operational efficiency by eliminating manual interventions and introducing streamlined processes.

- Maintain clear documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.

- Identify gaps in current processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide guidance and support to teams on best practices for certificate management.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience in designing and implementing process automation.
