Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer - Chatbot/Virtual Agent

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of Copilot Studio chatbots tailored to Valaris business needs.

- Define chatbot architecture, conversation flows, and user journeys with a strong focus on UX and multilingual accessibility.

- Oversee integration of chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and Microsoft 365 components.

- Ensure all solutions follow user-centric design principles and deliver a seamless conversational experience.

- Monitor bot performance, analyze user interactions, and implement continuous improvements and NLP tuning.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and documentation for chatbot development projects.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade chatbots in Microsoft 365 environments.

- Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLP tuning, and multilingual support.

- Solid experience in UX design for chatbot interfaces and user engagement strategies.

- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem integrations (e.g., Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure services).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to deliver in fast-paced, client-facing environments with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in agile delivery environments.

- Background in data analytics or chatbot performance metrics.
