About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Cloud Specialist with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and Azure cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications leveraging Azure services, serverless architectures, and microservices principles.

This role demands a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, modern web frameworks (React/Angular), and a solid understanding of API security, cloud integration patterns, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end web and cloud-native applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and RESTful APIs.

- Architect, implement, and manage microservices-based solutions following best practices in scalability and security.

- Develop and secure RESTful APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI, ensuring compliance with API governance and design principles.

- Implement serverless solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related integration services.

- Work with Azure services such as App Service, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, API Manager, AKS, VM, Storage, and Caching.

- Automate deployment and operational processes using Azure DevOps pipelines or similar CI/CD tools.

- Collaborate with teams to ensure cloud resource optimization, security, and cost efficiency.

- Work on frontend integration using React or Angular, along with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.

- Manage database integrations (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

- Write and maintain unit tests, mocking, and integration tests using frameworks such as xUnit/NUnit to ensure code quality.

- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-12 years of total IT experience in Microsoft full stack development and cloud engineering.

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core (3.x and above), ASP.NET MVC, EF Core, and Web API development.

- Proven experience in REST API design and implementation with Swagger/OpenAPI.

- 2+ years of experience in application design, applying design patterns and best practices.

- 2+ years working on microservices architecture and API security/governance.

- Hands-on experience with Azure serverless and cloud-native services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Manager, Event Grid, Service Bus, Event Hub, etc.).

- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Working knowledge of Webpack, CLI tools, and Agile methodologies.

- Proficiency with RDBMS systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including query optimization and transaction management.

- Strong understanding of unit testing, mocking frameworks, and code quality tools.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Good to Have Skills :

- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or PCF cloud environments.

- Understanding of infrastructure automation, load balancing, and routing in cloud environments.

- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
