Role Overview :

This role involves the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions that extend and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will be instrumental in architecting secure and scalable integrations using the Microsoft Graph API, connecting various M365 services with business-critical applications. Working closely with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect advanced solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 services and the Graph API to meet complex enterprise requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Develop, implement, and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automation scripts using Graph API endpoints, extending M365 capabilities for various business functions.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and infrastructure specialists, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

- Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) configurations, application registrations, permissions, and identity governance, safeguarding corporate data and access.

- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues related to M365 services, Graph API integrations, and identity management, ensuring minimal disruption and high availability for end-users.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365, Graph API, and security best practices, proactively recommending and implementing improvements to enhance platform utility and resilience.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices and technical standards for M365 and Graph API development.

Required Skillset :

- Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform, with a focus on enterprise-level deployments.

- Proven proficiency in developing and consuming Microsoft Graph API for various M365 services, including advanced queries, batching, webhooks, and security considerations.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for application registration, enterprise applications, conditional access, identity protection, and governance.

- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as C#, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python for M365 and Graph API development.

- Solid grasp of modern authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and security principles in cloud environments.

- Experience with relevant Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD B2C/B2B, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex technical challenges and proposing effective solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, adept at articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline from a reputable institution.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving project requirements.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API (Mail, Calendar, People)
