Roles and Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Solution Architect to join our team. You will be instrumental in designing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that align with business goals and technology standards.

- Requirement Analysis & Solution Design - Understand business objectives and translate them into scalable architectural blueprints and integration plans.

- Proof of Concept & Testing - Develop and validate prototypes to ensure feasibility, performance, and maintainability before full-scale development.

- Technology Evaluation - Assess and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize solution effectiveness.

- Team & Stakeholder Collaboration - Guide development teams to ensure architectural adherence and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align solution direction.

- Risk Management & Process Improvement - Identify potential technical risks early and propose architectural improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

- Documentation & Technical Leadership - Maintain detailed architectural documentation and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's/ masters degree in computer science, IT (B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech), or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proven experience of 6+ years in technical designing of solutions and architecture.

- Understanding MS office 365 solutions, AI concepts and basics of coding language like python.

- Experience with UI/UX for App development (Java, HTML, Streamlit, Figma)

- Additional preferred skills - RPA tools and understanding of AI concepts.

- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation methodologies is a plus but not mandatory.

- A strong digital quotient and a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.

- Basic understanding of SAP ERP not mandatory

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Shift Timings : 12PM to 9PM or as required based on projects.
