About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI) to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Cloud Platforms, and MLOps, along with hands-on experience in building production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade Machine Learning models.

- Build and optimize Generative AI applications using :

1. Large Language Models (LLMs)

2. Small Language Models (SLMs)

3. Prompt Engineering

4. Fine-Tuning

5. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Develop and integrate MCP Agent-based and Agentic AI workflows.

- Implement Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions.

- Build scalable AI/ML pipelines using AWS/GCP and Snowflake Cortex.

- Perform data analysis, cleansing, and feature engineering using Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.

- Implement MLOps best practices including :

1. Model Deployment

2. Monitoring

3. Version Control

4. Automation

5. Lifecycle Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

- Follow software engineering best practices using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
