Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and execution plans.

- Drive architecture discussions and ensure adoption of scalable, secure, and high-performing system designs.

- Oversee development across modern architectures such as Microservices, Micro Frontend, Responsive Design, SPA, Composable, Serverless, Event-Driven systems, and design patterns.

- Drive best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams with strong ownership and accountability.

Tech Stack :

- Frontend : React Js, Angular, Vue, Redux, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES5, ES6), Webpack, SCSS, HTML5, CSS3.

- Backend : Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Python.

- Cloud/Infra : AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Mobile : React Native, Flutter, Ionic, Swift/Objective-C, Java/Kotlin.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience in engineering management with a strong technical background in full-stack development.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Strong mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to build and scale engineering teams.
